The new Ensign belt conveyor line brings a robust, modular, belt conveying solution for recycling and size reduction applications.
The new conveyor design features modular drive, idler, and middle sections along with options such as adjustable floor supports, metal detectors, and hoppers that enable quick design, quoting, and production.
Various belt options include PVC, rubber, and polyurethan--all made-to-application--and can include cleats and synchronized sidewalls of various heights. Conveyors are available in size ranges from 18-36 in. in pulley width.
Designed specifically to integrate with the company’s line of container dumpers, the new conveyor line expands Ensign’s offerings to be able to provide turnkey dump & convey solutions to the growing recycling industry.
