Plattco Announces Industrial Valve Mobile Showroom Schedule

Plattco Corp., producer of advanced material handling valves for industrial applications, announced the schedule for the “Meet me at the truck” tour of its mobile showroom.

Between August and December, the mobile showroom will visit companies in 15 states to provide free maintenance training and product demonstrations of Plattco’s entire line of Double Flap Airlock valves and slide gates.

By year-end, Plattco representatives expect to provide hands-on product demonstrations and free maintenance training for more than 1000 professionals in the cement, steel, mining & minerals, pulp & paper, power (e.g. energy and incineration), environmental (systems and pollution control), recycling, and bulk powder industries.  

During each mobile showroom visit, Plattco representatives will be available to discuss each company’s material handling challenges and possible ways to streamline related processes to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

From August to December, the Plattco mobile showroom will visit companies in the following states: Utah, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. “So far this year, we’ve used the new mobile showroom for more than 60 demonstrations at trade shows and company locations and the feedback has been tremendous,” said Robert Jarrard, vice president of sales and marketing, Plattco Corp. “We’ve been able to help maintenance managers and their staffs learn new best-practices methods for maintaining their Plattco valves in like-new condition. We’ve also given many representatives of engineering firms and other companies who have been selling and recommending Plattco’s products for as long as 30 years their first hands-on look at the how Plattco valves operate.”
