Pioneer’s material transfer system allows for the efficient and economic transfer of pellets, regrind, or flakes from Gaylords, totes, boxes, or bulk bags to a bulk storage system or pneumatic transfer system.

The system shown includes a Gaylord dumper, a dumper stand, a safety cage with an AB light screen, a surge bin with splash guards and a spill lip, an ACS rotary airlock, a 5-in. blow-through adapter, AB controls, and an OSHA-compliant operator work platform.
