Matcon announces the appointment of Grant Munro to the role of operations director.

Munro joins Matcon from SPX Cooling Technologies and brings a wealth of strategic operations experience and skills. He will lead the operations team, ensuring that they are well positioned to provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.

Commenting on his appointment, Munro stated that building meaningful relationships with customers will be vital to the success of Matcon’s strategic growth plans. “If our interactions with our customers are always expedient and led with integrity and trust, we gain their respect and support. We will always be flexible in our day-to-day dealings with our customers and challenge ourselves to find solutions to customers problems. As an operational lead I’ve always believed we need to serve our internal and external customers with the same passion and drive.
