Lift & Seal Drum Discharging System

This drum discharging system safely and efficiently empties drums of various materials into your process. The unit features a carbon steel loading “skip” to accept drums. A hydraulic Lift & Seal System docks drums to a gasketed pour cone for dust-tight, contaminant-free product discharge. Product contact surfaces are constructed from 304 stainless steel. The pour cone features a manually actuated butterfly valve and a pneumatic vibrator for enhanced product flow. A custom 304 stainless steel docking adaptor allows the unit to mate to customer's existing equipment. Units are custom designed to application requirements.
