CAPS Relocates Headquarters

In order to accommodate the ongoing growth of the company, CAPS (Container and Pooling Solutions) has moved its headquarters to a much larger facility within the same industrial park as its previous office in Livonia, MI.

For more than 15 years, CAPS has been North America’s leading provider of container management services, providing rental, tracking, and a full service solution for returnable bulk containers. Despite unsettled economic conditions over the last several years, CAPS’ business and staff continue to grow at an unprecedented pace. As a result, one year ago CAPS initiated a search to find a new building capable of accommodating their growing staff, which has doubled in size over the past two years.

Additionally, CAPS has been joined in this new facility by the Automotive and Industrial Solutions Div. of its Brambles sister company, CHEP. In an effort to collaborate to deliver greater value for their customers, both container management teams will now be working out of this new location. Through this collaboration, the CAPS IBC and CHEP Automotive and Industrial teams can offer a more comprehensive suite of containers and leverage synergies to provide the best possible service to their customers.

“The CAPS team is delighted to relocate in conjunction with our sister company, CHEP Automotive and Industrial Solutions,” said CAPS CEO Robert Wiedmaier. “This move will give us greater ability to pursue considerable growth opportunities and allow us to continue to provide the highest level of service to our customers.”
