The LISST-Portable|XR is a truly portable laser diffraction-based particle size analyzer. It is battery powered with a 0.4 to 500 micron size range, built-in ultrasonic probe, and 7-in. touch screen for displaying size distribution results. It is designed for harsh environments but works just as well in the laboratory. Having an analyzer that is simple to use and easy to transport allows particle size measurements to be done where and when they are needed, allowing decisions to be made in real time, not days or weeks later.
