NDC Technologies Names New President
Marti Nyman, president, NDC Technologies

NDC Technologies, a leading global provider of productivity enhancing measurement and control solutions, announces that Marti Nyman has joined the company as president and strategic growth leader.

Nyman succeeds Dave Roland, who has served as NDC’s president since 2016 and whose tenure contributed several improvements towards the advancement of the organization.

"I am thrilled and humbled for the opportunity to lead the NDC team,” said Nyman. “We are in the enviable position of having an exceptional global team, a strong and diverse product portfolio, an immense installed base, and a valuable and talented support organization. NDC has been serving industry’s leading manufacturers for over 50 years. We are poised for growth and energized by the opportunity to take NDC to the next level. I am keen on delivering exceptional value to our customers and making NDC a vibrant place to work -- one where our team members can take pride in what they accomplish and grow professionally. Collectively, we will build a stronger foundation and a more successful company moving forward.”

Nyman has extensive experience increasing enterprise value for Fortune 500 companies, as well as other publicly and privately held companies in a range of industries. In C-level and other executive positions, Nyman has developed strategic plans to capture growth, built and developed leadership teams, reinvigorated brands, optimized manufacturing operations, architected sales channel alliances, and strengthened customer relationships. Through his work, he brings deep corporate experience, operating discipline and skilled leadership for developing stronger, more vibrant growth organizations.

Nyman was most recently vice president and chief growth officer for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, responsible for the growth and successful delivery of high-impact innovative products and services for the Minnesota healthcare market. Prior to that, he held executive management positions with UnitedHealth Group, Ulteig, Best Buy, ADC, Ericsson, and GE. Nyman is also an instructor at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, specializing in graduate studies in leadership, entrepreneurship and business formation.
