Control Concepts Opens New Office, Warehouse in Singapore

Control Concepts Inc, a provider of material flow handling systems, announced the opening of Control Concepts Asia Pte Ltd, with an office and warehouse in Singapore. 

In addition, the firm named David Verlee to the role of President, Asia Pacific, where he will be responsible for the overall business development and expansion in the region. Verlee brings 25 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience, having successfully launched a cement company in Vietnam, an energy saving system in the Philippines and Indonesia, and water conservation technologies in Australia and Singapore. 

“With more than 10,000 AirSweep systems installed in North America over the last few years, the Asian market with over 4 billion people has presented a significant opportunity for Control Concepts,” said Henry Tiffany, President of Control Concepts Inc. “On July 1, 2018, in order to spearhead rapid growth in the region, we created our logistical hub in Singapore to make sure our clients receive the proper service and fast turnaround they deserve.”

Control Concepts is a privately-owned manufacturing company based in Putnam, CT. For over 67 years, Control Concepts has been selling its branded products including AirSweep Material Activation Systems, DAZIC and RotoGuard Zero Speed Switches, and AcoustiClean Sonic Horns.
