Control Concepts Introduces AirSweep USDA
Control Concepts USA offers the AirSweep USDA.

Control Concepts USA recently introduced the AirSweep USDA, which eliminates ratholes, bridging, and material buildup in plants that process food.

AirSweep material flow systems direct a powerful, high-pressure/high-volume, 360-degree burst of compressed air or gas between the material and vessel wall to lift and sweep stagnated material back into the flow stream. The powerful burst of air acts like a knife, easily slicing even the stickiest material away from the vessel wall.

Accepted by the USDA, this new model of the AirSweep was designed and fabricated to adhere to USDA sanitary design requirements.

Features of the AirSweep USDA include flanged connections for quick installation or removal from mounting and process connections; quick and easy removal/disassembly with simple hand tools; all surfaces resistant to corrosive products and cleaning/sanitizing chemicals; manufactured from high-grade 316 stainless for long service life; energy efficient (uses plant air).
