The B-PAC series of Baghouse Performance Analyzers & Controllers offers a combination of features to help the bulk powder processing, air pollution control, and dust collection processes at cement plants meet regulatory NESHAP compliance, while simultaneously reducing operating costs and improving the process.

The controllers tightly integrate control, sensing, and high-speed digital signal analysis to provide time- and money-saving diagnostics, including: zero, span, and sensor self-checks to EPA standards; the ability to detect/locate filter leaks weeks before emissions are visible; the ability to detect/locate failed pulse solenoids that can lead to plugged filters; and the ability to instantly detect/locate ruptured or frozen pulse-jet diaphragms.

Optional FIlterWARE provides further automation of compliance EPA report generation and record keeping. The controllers are easy-to-use, high-quality, heavy-duty products designed for long-life in harsh process environments. A series of models for small cartridge collectors to medium multi-compartment baghouses are also available.
