Piab Group has acquired Coval, a global player in vacuum automation components and systems. 

In business more than 35 years, Coval adds a portfolio of premium products, experienced and skilled employees, a strong brand, and new customers to Piab Group. The transaction is fully funded through a combination of external and internal sources.
