Spillage-Free Bucket Elevator
TipTrak is a gentle handling, low maintenance, spillage-free bucket elevator for handling powders and bulk solids. Interlocking buckets ensure spillage-free loading while the “Z” configuration (which eliminates transfers) results in the gentlest handling of product possible. The buckets run in molded rubber ‘chains’ that have no moving parts and never require lubrication. It is available in different enclosure types, including open tubular frames and dust-tight models that feature sealed and hinged access doors for easy maintenance.

Centrifugal and Continuous Bucket Elevators
These bucket elevators are used to vertically move (elevate) a variety of bulk materials with fine to large lumps and are available in centrifugal and continuous types. The units use an endless chain or belt with buckets attached and can be engineered in a variety of shapes and sizes depending on particular material handling needs.
