Metering Screw Feeders

Developed for the food industry, the QR TEC range of metering screw feeders offers fast strip down and rebuild of the complete machine.

All parts, including hoppers, product stirring agitators, and auger screws, complete with their drive mechanisms and seals, can be removed without the use of tools. This allows almost the entire machine to be loaded into dishwashers or autoclaves for deep cleansing.

Interchangeable parts allow machines to be duplicated and pre-cleaned for hot swapping onto process lines. Featuring blue metal detectable gaskets, PTFE cartridge shaft seals, and stainless crevice-free contact parts throughout assures compliance with food safety standards.

Feeders are available in volumetric and gravimetric versions and include an integrated weigh platform and touchscreen controls.
