ACS Valves offers the CI Series of rotary feeders for rugged applications. They provide continuous performance, reduced maintenance, and optimal energy efficiency. To provide long-term, heavy-duty feeder performance, CI Series valve housings are cast in North America to ensure superior strength in the composition and solidification of the housing’s metallurgy. This CI Series bearing design easily manages applications with pressure differentials up to 15 and 22 psig with super duty. The outboard design extends bearing life and maintenance cycles, and also protects the bearings in high-temperature applications to 750°F, and removes bearings from the path of damaging and contaminating materials. The CI Series 8-vane rotor design minimizes pressure loss throughout the system.
