The tri-screw design minimizes product bridging, improves consistency of bulk density, and maximizes filling of screw flights. Sanitary features include: a quickly demountable, easy-to-clean design that allows access to all product surfaces; air-purge seals to eliminate shaft leakage; outboard bearings; stainless steel construction with welds ground smooth and flush to <32 Ra.
