Batch Feeding System for Pendulum Bucket Elevators

Simatek Bulk Systems introduces a new technology for pendulum bucket elevators to the North American market. The system is based on a non-conflicting bucket design that ensures individual filling of each bucket. A filling degree up to a 90% is possible. The buckets are not overlapping or in mechanical contact with each other. With no friction and little wear, the risk of operational breakdown is virtually eliminated. Furthermore, this batch feeding system leaves no spillage. This feeding system gently fills each bucket separately. Product capacity is increased up to 50% compared to other conveying solutions, without increased speed.

The Simatek drum feeder may be combined with various inlet modules making it suitable for most bulk products, including products with poor flow properties.
