Spices and seasonings manufacturer McCormick & Co. is preparing to add over 10,000 sq ft of space to its South Bend, IN facility to increase production of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and French’s Worcestershire Sauce, local news organizations reported.

The company plans to add a new line capable of packaging sauces in a range of bottle sizes and carry out upgrades to utilities and efficiency improvements during the project, coverage by the South Bend Tribunedetailed. McCormick expects the new line to become operational by next June.

South Bend Plant Manager Nickolas Hernandez told news broadcaster WSBT that there is “lots of excitement” about the construction and addition of Franks Red Hot to the plant’s lineup of products.

About 100 workers are currently employed at the South Bend location.
