Customized dry seasonings, sauces, dressings, and glazes manufacturer Saratoga Food Specialties plans to expand its production facility in North Las Vegas, NV and add 50 new jobs, its parent company, Smithfield Foods, recently announced.

“We’re delighted to deepen our roots in the North Las Vegas community and grow our great workforce in Nevada,” Jim Bejna, vice president of operations for Saratoga, said in a release. “This most recent expansion is a testament to the extraordinary growth of our business and the incredible support we have received from local government and community partners.”

Saratoga supplies proprietary sauce and seasoning products to some of the world’s largest restaurants. The North Las Vegas location produces sauces, dressings, and glazes.

“We’re thrilled that Saratoga has chosen to further invest in our region and bring even more jobs to our area to the benefit of our local economy and community,” said Jared Smith, chief operating officer of the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA), in a statement.

The company also operates manufacturing sites in Eastvale, CA and Bolingbrook, IL.
