Nestlé Recalls Hot Pockets for Possible Glass, Plastic

Nestlé USA is recalling Hot Pockets Brand Sandwiches due to the potential presence of clear plastic/glass.

Nestlé USA is recalling select batches of Hot Pockets Brand Sandwiches due to the potential presence of clear plastic/glass. Impacted products could pose a choking or laceration risk and should be not be consumed.

This recall only covers Hot Pockets Brand Sandwiches - Garlic Buttery Crust Pepperoni Pizza Value Packs (12-count) with specific batch codes of 0318544624, 0319544614, 0320544614, and 0321544614, and a best before date of FEB 2022. No other varieties of Hot Pockets Brand Sandwiches are impacted. 
 
Distributed to retailers and distributors in the US and Puerto Rico, the product being recalled was produced between November 13-16, 2020. 

The problem was discovered after Nestlé USA was contacted by consumers. The company received a report of a potential injury associated with the consumption of this product.

Nestlé is working closely with USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) on this recall.
