Conagra Brands Appoints Francisco Fraga to Board of Directors

Conagra Brands appoints Fraga to Board

Conagra Brands Inc. announced that Francisco Fraga has been elected to its board of directors at its annual meeting of shareholders held earlier this week. All director nominees were elected to the board of directors, which has increased to 11 members.

Francisco Fraga is the SVP and chief information officer, US Pharmaceutical, at McKesson Corp., a diversified healthcare services leader. Prior to McKesson, Fraga served as SVP and chief information & technology officer at Campbell Soup Co. and in various information technology leadership roles including vice president global chief technology officer and CIO of Feminine Care at Procter & Gamble.
