Batory Foods Is a 2023 Great Place To Work

Batory Foods is proud to be certified by Great Place To Work for the 2^nd consecutive year and 3^rd time overall. The award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Batory Foods. This year, 80% of employees said it’s a great place to work, which is 23 points higher than the average US company.

Batory Foods is on a mission to build a people-first culture. Recently, Ramirez was appointed to the position of chief people & sustainability officer, the first role of its kind at Batory and the first woman to hold a C-Suite position at the company since its inception in 1979.

This year, Ramirez’s “People Excellence” team introduced a comprehensive well-being program, Be Positively Excellent, which provides necessary resources and education around seven areas of well-being that impact employee daily life: physical, emotional, occupational, financial, environmental, social, and spiritual. Next, she plans to launch The Batory Way Academy, which focuses on leadership development and will continue to expand existing programs to support an environment of belonging, where employees feel confident to “Bring You, Every Day,” a core value at the company.
