Wireless Hazard Monitoring System

HazardPRO is a complete wireless hazard monitoring system for up to 32 pieces of equipment. Individual sensors attach to a wireless node that transmits data directly to a system manager. Real-time and historical data can then be viewed on the system manger’s touch screen display.

This simple yet powerful interface provides insight into a facility’s operations, maximizing safety and facility run-time, while minimizing costs associated with unscheduled downtime and unplanned maintenance.

Multiple sensors are available for HazardPRO, including bearing temperature, belt alignment (with brass rub block), shaft speed, ambient and threaded stud temperature sensors. HazardPRO was designed from the ground up as a true wireless system and provides reliable hazard monitoring. This wireless technology lowers overall system costs by eliminating expensive conduit and reducing installation time.

HazardPRO is a configurable system with three different system manger sizes to fit the needs of any facility.
