Booth 1121 - Visualization of safety-relevant faults in the control room is only half the battle. Appropriate reaction to such faults means pre-defined counter measures have to be initiated. Although protective systems and plant components react autonomously, the right coordinated behavior of employees in critical situations is critical. Given the risk of human error, the REMBE iQ Safety Cockpit was developed and launched.

The iQ Safety Cockpit offers an overview of all relevant protective and equipment system status; status can also be monitored in real time from any location remotely via smart phone. Detailed automatic and semi-automatic action plans can be linked and initiated. In the event of a hazard detection, the responsible safety officer/management can be alerted multiple ways. They can also tap into site surveillance cameras for a live status view.

The iQ Safety Cockpit guides users through pre-defined response plan of action. Integration with other systems and interfaces offers countless customizable configurations for event response and data logging for trending and root cause analysis.
