Fike Corp. Names Brad Batz for Top Executive Position

Brad Batz was named the chief executive officer and president of the Fike Corp. on Tuesday with an immediate effective date, the Blue Springs, MO company announced by press release. Serving as the company’s president since 2014, members of Batz’s family have worked for Fike for three generations, the company said.

“As President and CEO, Batz is charged with leading the strategy and direction of the company globally. Focused on future growth and profitability, he has been instrumental in introducing new initiatives to streamline the company’s manufacturing and operational processes,” Fike’s release said.

Batz recently developed and implemented a company restrucuting plan to improve efficiencies and transition Fike to become a “market-served organization.” Fike said this effort “created a more energized, motivated, and synergistic internal culture.”

As president of Fike, Batz has led all manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, human resources, and information technology corporate functions. Prior to his role as president, he served as executive vice president of Fike’s oil and gas business unit and in Corporate Operations, where he was responsible for Fike’s global manufacturing activities.

The incoming CEO holds a bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis in management from the University of Florida.
