Fifth Worker Dies after Mill Explosion

Didion Milling reports that a fifth worker has died as a result of an explosion on May 31 at its corn milling plant in Cambria, WI.

Carlos "Charly" Nunez died at the hospital on June 23 from injuries sustained in the blast.

Three people died and several were injured in the initial explosion and fire that occurrred during the night shift at the plant. A fourth workere died after the explosion.

The plant was cited by OSHA investigators in 2011 for exposing workers to dust explosion hazards.
