Feed Mill Explosion Kills One, Injures Several

Article-Feed Mill Explosion Kills One, Injures Several

One worker was killed and several others were injured after an explosion at a feed mill in Rockmart, GA Sunday morning.

Justin Deems, 25 of Rockmart, was killed from the blast at JCG Farms Feed Mill, which occurred at about 2:30 am and caused severe damage to the plant. Several other employees, who were working the night shift when the explosion occurred, were flown to local hospitals.

An investigation is underway.
