Now with Ethernet IP, the modular design weigh cell, with ultra-fast weighing while maintaining high precision accuracy, uses the principle of Electro-Magnetic Force Restoration, (EMFR) with active self damping to ensure fast sampling every 1ms. With a weighing range up to 1000g, an active dead range of 600g, and resolutions of up to 0.00005g is ideal for fast accurate process weighing applications. No A/D conversion is required. Internal forceless electrical connection insures high-speed precision. Options for CIP cleaning via closing mechanism, and a built-in filling algorithm are available. The weigh cell is used in filling and packaging machines, multi-track weighing and many more applications.
