RF Level Switch

The model LS2000 radio frequency point level switch senses the level of dry solids in hoppers, silos, and dust collectors. The proprietary RF circuit allows the probe to function, even when the probe is fouled with material build-up. Since the unit has no moving parts, there are no bearings to wear out or motors to replace. The LS2000 is a retrofit for rotating paddle type switches, using the same control wiring. Features include: an explosion-proof housing, field-selectable fail-safe operation, and choice of 10-in. 316SS probe or 4-in. Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) probe. Power required is 115VAC or 24VDC, output via SPDT 10A relay, maximum probe pressure is 250 PSI, and maximum temperature is 180ºF. Probe lengths of up to 72 in. are in stock for fast shipment. There is a two-year warranty.
