Pulsator Enhances Material Flow

The Dense Flow pulsator enhances the ability of fine materials to “gravity feed” from a silo or hopper without causing material segregation. The basic unit consists of an air surge tank, diaphragm valve, and six fluidizing nozzles. When material is needed from a silo or hopper the units diaphragm valve pulses short blasts of air through six fluidizing nozzles that are strategically mounted around the silo or hoppers discharge point. A neoprene hose protects the air discharge point of the fluidizing nozzle, which increases their lifespan even when used with highly abrasive materials.
