Designed for adverse industrial conveying environments, Chicago’s Design 38 pressure blowers utilize high-strength aluminum alloys to cast strong, corrosion-resistant housings and wheels. Since aluminum is non-magnetic and nontoxic, these versatile pressure blowers are also used in both electronic and food-related applications. The non-sparking properties qualify the blower for AMCA Type B spark resistant rating.

Unique to the Design 38 is Chicago’s two-day quick-ship program, which is possible because of the manufacturing efficiencies built into the original engineered design. This program applies to the complete range of eight housing sizes in combination with any of 64 radial or backward curved wheels. The blowers produce flows to 5000 CFM, static pressures to 20 in. wg, and have been performance verified in an AMCA accredited lab.
