Lorenz Conveying Products Corp.Couplings, Tube & Pipe Bends, Fittings
Lorenz couplings are available in either quick release T-Handle models for frequent access or bolted models for more permanent applications. Quick Release couplings are manufactured of 100% stainless steel. Bolted models are available in either galvanized or stainless steel. Lorenz tube & pipe bending service insures quick delivery on long radius bends in aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and galvanized. Fittings, reducers, tube & pipe straights, flex hose, and camlocks are also available. Lorenz Conveying Products Corp., Cobourg, ON, Canada  800-263-7782 www.lorenz.ca

JDB Dense Flow Inc.Alignment Coupling Assembly
The Dense Flow alignment coupling assembly is used to join conveying pipe or tubing with three main components: slip-on flanges, coupling collars, and a pipe seat gasket. The 150 lb. bolt circle slip-on flanges are first placed loosely on the two pieces of pipe being joined together. Second the coupling collars or “donuts” are welded to each of the pieces of pipe; one coupling collar forms a male connection, and the other forms a female connection. Finally a gasket is placed around the male connection, and grade 5 nuts and bolts are used to join the two slip-on flanges together. If properly installed the alignment coupling is able to seal pressures up to 125 psi. JDB Dense Flow Inc., Palm Harbor, FL 800-822-3569 www.jdbdenseflow.com

Tuf-Lok InternationalSelf-Aligning Pipe Couplings
Ring grip pipe couplings are heavy-duty self-aligning couplings for either high-pressure, to 150 psig, or full vacuum-rated applications. Utilized in all industries where pipe ends need to be connected, they are ideal for pneumatic conveying systems. These couplings install quickly and easily, reducing installation costs. They are available in 1- through 10-in. pipe sizes and are made for use on plain end pipe, regardless of pipe wall. Other features include self-grounding, vibration resistant, externally leak-proof, with a high end pull for difficult applications. No machining or grooving is required to maintain pipe integrity. Every coupling becomes a union, providing easy, low-cost maintenance when piping components need replacement. Standard gasket materials are available to meet special design conditions, such as food grade, higher temperatures, or special chemical resistant applications. NewAge Industries Inc.PVC Tubing
Newflex tubing provides an alternative to the bulk and weight of multi-layer rubber hoses for suction requirements. Newflex offers all-PVC construction along with flexibility and durability. When applications call for vacuum or suction, wrapped rubber hose is sometimes used. It can be heavy, bulky, costly, and quite stiff depending on its construction (number of layers, type of rubber material, and reinforcement). Newflex addresses these concerns with its all-PVC construction. It’s reinforced with spirals that help the tubing flex without kinking, resist crushing, and withstand vacuum applications as high as 28 in./Hg. It works well in pressure applications, too. The tubing is chemical and corrosion resistant and has a smooth inner surface for maximum flow of granular materials. It also allows for visual contact with the flow, which is impossible with wrapped rubber hose. NewAge Industries Inc., Southampton, PA 800-506-3924  www.newageindustries.com
