Oval-Style Filter Elements

Designed for use in random fire dust collectors that utilize oval bags and cages, RF oval style PulsePleat filter elements offer potential energy and operational savings. They can overcome dust collection issues, including high differential pressure and filter bag abrasion. The pleated configuration increases the total filter area and their shorter length removes them from the abrasion zone, which can increase filter life. Spunbond polyester media can increase collection efficiency, while improving the productivity of the dust collection systems. Through improved performance, the filter elements can help achieve emissions performance targets and improved dust cake release compared to standard felt filters.
