NAVCO Announces Joint Venture in India

Houston-based National Air Vibrator Co. (NAVCO) and Mumbai-based KJN Enterprises announced a joint venture to expand the reach of vibratory material flow technology into South Asia.
Called NAVCO INDIA LLP, the joint venture will be based in Mumbai. The joint venture has been granted approval by the Indian Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
The joint venture provides NAVCO with an on-the-ground partner that shares its vision of putting engineering at the heart of delivering material flow solutions. For KJN, NAVCO INDIA facilitates greater agility and responsiveness to customer needs in South Asia and the Middle East.
“We are committed to manufacturing the best products in the world in India,” said Ashish Shah, CEO of KJN Enterprises. “These products will create efficiency, enhance safety, and address material flow challenges.”
This partnership capitalizes on the mechanical engineering background of Mark Neundorfer, president of NAVCO (B.S.M.E., Purdue) and Shah (M.S.M.E., Kansas State).
“I am excited to be able to bring NAVCO’s 60 years of field tested material flow solutions to South Asia,” said Neundorfer. “Mr. Shah’s extensive engineering expertise will continue NAVCO’s scientific approach to material flow solutions.”
NAVCO continues to manufacture all equipment for the American market at the headquarters in Houston. NAVCO INDIA meets the requirements for the MAKE IN INDIA campaign which Prime Minister Narendra Modi has championed.
Various vibratory systems, bin and bunker vibrators are currently available through NAVCO INDIA.
