Honeywell celebrated 30 years in Saudi Arabia with a gala dinner for customers and partners at the Sunset Beach Resort, Al Khobar.
Having been present in the Middle East since 1946, Honeywell continues to expand its business in the region delivering products and services across a number of industries including oil and gas, power, life sciences, construction, and pulp and paper.
Speaking at the event, Paul Orzeske, vice president and general manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Honeywell Process Solutions said, “With our continued presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are demonstrating our long-term commitment to the country and the entire region. In Saudi Arabia, we have achieved many firsts, including winning the world’s largest instrumentation contract in 1976 for ARAMCO and providing the largest ever building control systems for the King Khalid Military City, which began in 1981.
“This is an opportunity to thank our partners Honeywell Turki Arabia Limited and Abdulrahman Al-Turki Group of Companies for their contribution and support over the years. They have been instrumental in helping us achieve these successes and we look forward to working with them and expanding our presence in the country. We continue to work closely with our customers in order to meet their changing and challenging needs. This celebration is a testimony to the success of our vision in the region and to the hard work of our colleagues and partners.”
