Fike has released two technical resource centers to support various customers, including Fike distribution, Architects and Engineers (A&Es), and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), found at http://forums.fike.com.

Fike Forums, a detailed technical support area designed for Fike's distributors and representatives, has been renovated to feature an easier to read grid-like format. Several new sections were also added, including a graphics/photo library, Fike lead times, warranties/material return authorization forms, and a "my company profile" section. These areas were designed to more efficiently provide Fike's own distributors and representatives with all the tools and documents necessary to do business with Fike, as well as provide value-added supplemental resources.

Jim Morgan, director of marketing at Fike says, "Fike decided to improve this area for our distributors and representatives so they had the tools they needed to enhance their business and find materials more efficiently. The new area, My Company Profile, allows our users to submit updated company information as well as see what users are registered from their company. We have also added an area with photos and graphics, which our partners can use to supplement their own website and marketing materials."

In addition to these improvements, Fike also designed a separate resource center specifically for A&Es and AHJs to gain easy access to important Fike materials such as design guidelines, specifications, and listing and approvals.

"Of course we'd like for A&Es and AHJs to know more about, and specify Fike products. We created this unique area so that vital materials would be readily available in one convenient spot. We think this will be a valuable resource," Morgan concluded.
