u647_132575.jpgLarge Gyratory Sifter
The BigMax gyratory sifter offers high capacity and high performance to handle the most demanding screening applications such as activated carbon, fertilizer, frac sand, limestone, petroleum coke, plastic pellets, PVC powder, roofing granules, salt, sugar, and more. With the potential for 240 sq ft of screen area in one machine, the BigMax offers 12 ft of screen deck length, which is ideal for long retention time and accurate separations of product. The sifter is accommodating enough to allow one to four separations in a single machine, depending on the desired deck configuration. This flexibility is available because of the sifter’s ability to feed the material at a single point or independently to each deck. The BigMax allows for quick and easy screen changes with no heavy lifting or tedious clips to engage. The screens can be replaced from either end of the machine without the need to remove the ball trays.

With TankVista, storage tank level measurements are accurate, safe, and save money. Instead of having employees manually tapping on tanks to measure capacity, TankVista collects raw data from tank sensors and delivers online access to instant and accurate metrics. Other features include: automatic e-mail/cell phone alerts when tank conditions meet user-defined thresholds and require servicing; advanced reporting features that maintain tank condition history for operational analysis and regulatory compliance; end-to-end encryption and authentication technologies to ensure continual data security; open and highly scalable architecture that creates seamless integration with other M2M technologies and does not limit the number of tanks that can be networked.

u656_132577.jpgPoly Screw Conveyors Turn Up Efficiency
It’s an idea that has proven successful in agriculture: replace metal screw conveyors with a high-tech poly that never corrodes, is lighter, and employs a non-stick surface that can reduce clumping and power consumption. These poly screw conveyors are FDA approved for safe food handling and are available in a variety of diameters up to 16 in. and numerous lengths. These conveyors are constructed of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for advanced durability in high-wear scenarios. Also available are poly drag conveyor paddles and EXOPlate, a poly liner that reduces wear in U-troughs and can be made to protect any high-wear surface. Custom parts are available.

u65d_132579.jpgLow-Profile, High-Capacity Classifier
The Vibroscreen Flo-Thru low-profile screener classifies bulk material into three fractions at high rates. It employs two screening decks and two unbalanced-weight gyratory motors mounted on opposing exterior sidewalls of the unit, instead of one motor positioned beneath the screening chamber, reducing minimum height requirements significantly. The design also allows vertical alignment of the top inlet and bottom outlet, allowing the smallest fraction to descend through the screener in a straight-through path at high rates; the larger fractions are ejected through spouts at the peripheries of the coarse-mesh upper screen and fine-mesh bottom screen. The Flo-Thru design is offered in diameters from 18 to 84 in. and available to 3-A, FDA, BISSC, and other sanitary standards, as well as to UL, ATEX, CSA, and CE electrical standards. Quick-disconnect clamp ring assemblies allow removal of screen frames for inspection, cleaning, and screen changes.
