ASGCO Manufacturing Inc. has purchased all assets of the BFK Technologies Conveyor Belt Scale Div. (Over-Under Conveyor Belt Scale) located in Kiel, WI. Terms were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Allentown, PA, ASGCO Manufacturing Inc., is a leading manufacturer and service provider of proprietary bulk conveyor components that enhance material flow performance. BFK Over-Under Conveyor Belt Scale products will now be marketed under the ASGCO-Weigh brand name and will be available to authorized ASGCO distributors and representatives worldwide.
