Enhanced Air Classifying Mill

The Mikro ACM-e air classifying mill has been specifically designed for the carbon black industry. The enhanced model offers improved product quality and is cleaner and nearly grit-free compared to other air classifier mills. The mill is energy efficient, exhibiting low pressure drop, and thus requiring less power than similar capacity systems. The mill is designed for ambient and hot gas operation. PLC-based controls result in superior production capabilities and precise processing. This system can be easily integrated with existing systems and can be installed in-line. Models are available from laboratory size up to production sizes with 300-HP rotor drives.
