Atlas Copco Offers Free Compressed Air System Health Checks

Atlas Copco, one of the Global 100 most sustainable corporations in the world, is offering to help companies in this challenging economy become more energy efficient by providing no cost compressed air system health checks.
     
“Some estimates indicate that poorly designed and maintained compressed air systems in the United States account for up to $3.2 billion in wasted utility payments every year,” said Paul Humphreys, vice president communications and branding, Atlas Copco Compressors LLC. “Our new program, called ‘Walk the Line,’ is a no-cost compressed air system health check designed to help a facility’s technical staff recognize areas where energy and operational costs are lost and, more importantly, identify ways to reverse this costly trend.”
