Fujisaki Electric has released the MDL-015(C)M-H high-temperature MMSD laboratory spray dryer. Features include:
Hot air temperature can be increased up to 1112°F; evaporation speed is up to 2.2 lb/hr, exit temperature is 572°F).
Single micron order - spherical powder can be produced using four fluid nozzles from slurry.
Cyclone/baghouse or baghouse only collecting
Easy assembling/disassembling
Laboratory machine can be scaled up to production scale
Control panel is touch panel for easy operation
