BASF to Boost Polyamide Capacity and Other Chemical Industry News

Moving to meet increased demand, German chemicals firm BASF plans to boost production of its Ultramid polyamide grades at its BASF India Ltd. manufacturing plant in Panoli, Gujarat, India. The increased supply is expected to come online in the fourth quarter of this year. Ultramid has applications in automotive applications, electronics, industrial products, consumer goods and more.
