International powder handling and process containment leader Dec Group announces that Andrew Milner has assumed responsibilities as chief executive officer (CEO) of Dec-USA Inc.
Milner will be responsible for Dec’s North American business expansion and will also engage in the wider strategic development of the Dec Group globally, reporting to the group’s board of directors.
UK-born Milner has extensive international business experience leading businesses in the UK, the US, India, China, United Arab Emirates, and Canada, where he currently resides.
Milner holds a 1st Class Bachelor of Engineering Degree (BEng) from Leeds Met University, and spent his early career in the flow control industry in progressive engineering & general management roles, with corporations including the Weir Group PLC and Flowserve Corp.

Milner joins NJ-based Dec-USA from his previous role as president of IDEX Material Processing Technologies, with responsibility for The Fitzpatrick Co., Matcon Ltd, Microfluidics International Corp., and Quadro Engineering Corp, with facilities in Canada, the US, the UK, and India.
