RMGroup Launches Automated Mobile Bagging System

Packaging and robotic automation specialists, RMGroup, launches the CTM800, a mobile bagging system tailored for adaptability, speed, and efficiency.

The system integrates within three standard 40-ft shipping containers, providing a complete plug-and-play solution.

The CTM800 comprises a two-floor structure creating optimal space utilization. On the second floor, the infeed dosing/weighing system is situated directly above the primary automated machinery, ensuring maximized productivity. On the ground floor, the advanced form, fill, and seal machine guarantees precise automation in the packaging process. This is further enhanced by a robotic palletizer, maintaining fluidity from start to finish.

Additionally, a wrapping cell located on the ground floor completes the packaging process, making the CTM800 a comprehensive turnkey solution for businesses. The system also offers high-speed performance, achieving speeds of up to 18 bags/min, depending on the product being bagged.
