Bag Dump Station with Integral Bag Compactor

The new design of this bag compactor offers advantages when dumping bags through a bag dump station. The bag compactor can be connected directly to the side of the bag dump station so that the operator can insert the empty bag directly into the bag compactor and utilize the effects of the integral dust collector to avoid spilling any excess powder on the floor. The new design offers a “mail box” front door for stand alone use, fork lift slots for portability, all pneumatic operation, a dust collection port, easy-to-use push-button controls, 5000-lb compression force, and compacts up to 150 bags. The bag compactor is available in carbon steel with a food grade powder coated finish.
