The incident commander who lead a multi-agency response to the West Fertilizer Co. explosion in April 2013 is leading a presentation on the incident this April, according to an article published Wednesday in The [Montpellier, OH] Village Reporter.
Frank Peterson, emergency management coordinator for the city of Waco, TX and McLennan county, will present, “Lessons Learned in the West Fertilizer Plant Explosion and Response Efforts,” at the Sauder Heritage Inn in Archibald, OH in two free sessions on April 21.
Presented by the emergency management agencies of Defiance, Henry, Paulding, Fulton, and Williams counties [in Ohio], the presentation geared toward first responders, decision makers, health care professionals and the agricultural sector.
