Houston Vibrator Adds Kilfrost Anti-Freeze Lubricant to Product Line

In response to customer requests for a product that will eliminate frozen airlines during winter months, Houston Vibrator, a leading manufacturer of industrial vibrators, has added Kilfrost anti-freeze lubricant to its line of pneumatic vibrator accessories.

Kilfrost provides freeze protection, corrosion protection, and lubrication of moving parts. It is used in place of a standard lubricant when freezing temperatures can cause condensation in airlines, and prevent proper operation of pneumatic tools and equipment. More dated solutions and additives make winter-maintenance more complicated by requiring that users mix their lubricant and anti-freeze in certain proportions, or install additional lubricators to add anti-freeze products to their airline. With Kilfrost, this isn’t a concern. There is no added equipment, mixing, or extra maintenance requirements.

The addition of this product to the Houston Vibrator line offers clients even more options to keep their industrial vibrators operating at peak performance. Houston Vibrator already offers a complete selection of pneumatic components including airlines, valves, lubricators, regulators, filters, dessicant dryers, and more.

“Adding Kilfrost to our lineup just made sense,” said Adrienne Lash, vice president of sales & marketing for Houston Vibrator. “As Texans, we don’t worry too much about freezing, but we realize that our customers in colder climates battle this problem for many months during the year. And we wanted to provide them with the best possible solution. That’s Kilfrost.”
