Dedication Slated for Custom Processing Services' New Manufacturing Plant

Custom Processing Services Inc. (CPS) will hold dedication ceremonies to mark the opening of its newly-built manufacturing facility on 11-11-11 (November 11, 2011) at 11:11 am.

The 42,000-sq-ft facility will be home for both warehousing and manufacturing operations. It is located adjacent to the firm’s two existing facilities, forming a manufacturing campus in the Exeter Industrial Park.

CPS is expanding its complement of contract manufacturing services to include working with active pharmaceutical products. To achieve this goal, it is constructing several “clean rooms” designed and built specifically to meet the requirements of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and pharmaceutical processing.

CPS is a toll processor who specializes in micronizing, jet milling, and allied services. CPS also performs media milling and produces dispersions to meet a variety of wet processing needs.

The company is also re-furbishing an existing building at its East Greenville, PA facility to accommodate a specialized type of material processing there. That facility offers coarse grinding services including crushing, pulverizing and screening.

Gregg Shemanski and Jeff Klinger, founders of the company, will preside at the dedication ceremonies. Employees and their families will participate in festivities later in the day.
