As many as four decks can be incorporated in one SWECO separator for simultaneous classification into five fractions. Round separators are available in 18-, 24-, 30-, 40-, 48-, 60-, and 72-in. screen diameters.
The newest generation separator, HX round separator, was engineered for better efficiency and easier maintenance. Its features include a new top and bottom weight system allowing for precise linear adjustments for a more efficient separation; relocated electric and lube lines for easier access; larger access door to the lower weights; and a two-legged base for easier installation and cleaning.
