New Chairman of the Board, President/CEO at Duperon

In response to the rapid growth of the Duperon Corp. and the expansion of the management team over the last several years, Terry L. Duperon, the founder of the Duperon Corp., the inventor of FlexRake technology and the president/CEO of the company for the last 25 years, will assume the position of chairman of the board on January 1, 2010. At that time, Tammy L. (Duperon) Bernier, currently Vice President, COO, will become president/CEO.

“After 25 years in the same job, it’s time for me to assume a different set of duties,” explained Duperon. “Our business has grown dramatically and Board-related duties have expanded along with the growth. We now plan on a broader scale and with a wider scope. It is exciting to explore all of the opportunities that are opening up for Duperon Corp., almost daily.”
